Production Operator (CNC Cum Printing)

1. CNC Machine Operations:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines for cutting, engraving, or machining tasks on various materials.
• Perform machine setup and tool calibration based on production specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality and precision standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain the machine’s operational efficiency.

2. Printing Operations:

• Operate printing machines (UV, digital, or screen printing) for a variety of substrates.
• Manage pre-press tasks, including material preparation and alignment of designs for printing.
• Conduct post-printing finishing tasks, such as laminating, cutting, and quality inspection.

3. Graphic Design Assistance (if applicable):

• Use graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) to modify or prepare designs for CNC cutting or printing.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure files are optimized for production.

4. Production & Maintenance:

• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production tasks.
• Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and ensure the work area is clean and safe.
• Adhere to company quality and safety standards.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support other production processes when needed.

1. Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in a technical or design-related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience is not required, as training will be provided.

2. Skills & Attributes:

• Basic understanding of machinery operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail, precision, and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

3. Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to work in a production environment, including standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work with materials such as wood, acrylic, or metal (training on handling provided).
• Flexibility for shift work or overtime when required.
