Country Manager

As the Country Manager will be leading a large team of experienced professionals or team leaders, overseeing processes and procedures to ensures quality and consistency in solving client issues besides optimizes the sourcing strategies to allocate manpower efficiently, coaches team members, and owns standard customer agreements and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Country Manager you’ll be more responsible focus more on Operation side:

• Business Strategy Development
• Financial Management, Budgeting and Cost control
• Team Leadership and Development
• Relationship Management
• Compliance and Risk Management
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain management, inventory control, quality assurance and customer service.
• Developing, overseeing, and monitoring budget and production targets.
• Analyzing production data and creating manufacturing dashboards to identify any problems or potential improvement areas.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of materials and products.

Requirements:

• Has 5-10 years of relevant experience
• This position Owns the execution of long-term strategy and the operational direction.
• Bachelor’s degree on any related course
• Has prior experience from Manufacturing industry
• Has experience in managing a team of primarily experienced professionals.
• Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
• Focuses on tactical and operational plans with short- to medium-term focus
• Manages a team of primarily
• Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
• Works autonomously with limited oversight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
