Responsibilities

Job Function:

• To be actively involved in coordinating and implementing end-to-end process of product development.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist to organise and facilitate PIT meetings, including planning the timeline, monitoring and follow up with respective departments.
• Assist in preparing product related documents, such as system requirements, product specification and etc.
• Perform market intelligence, including research on industry trends and preparing detailed product comparison on an on-going basis.
• Conduct document review with related departments and ensure the documents are reviewed prior product/ product enhancement launched.
• Facilitate the smooth running of regular JPDC/ PDC meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Facilitate Staff Briefing and Train The Trainers (TTT) sessions for new products/ product enhancement launched.
• Assisting to ensure accuracy of all documents, & processes involved and their compliance to all relevant regulatory requirement.
• Assist on post launch products/ campaigns Sales Analysis for weekly / monthly / ad hoc reporting
• Prepare any product related meeting slides such as JPDC, PDC, MC and etc.
• Provide support to other departments on ad-hoc issues.
• Provide support on any ad-hoc assignments from superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Actuary
• Position is open towards fresh graduate or candidates with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
