Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Staff/Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date campaign records and databases.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating client follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and projects.
- Handle general administrative duties to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative or sales coordination roles is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Good communication skills in English, BM & Mandarin
