HR Manager (Recruitment Industry)
Job Description:
· Develop and implement the company’s HR strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
· Plan and execute recruitment activities, including attracting, screening, and selecting top talent.
· Manage compensation and benefits policies, including salary structures, EPF/SOCSO contributions, performance bonuses, and other employee benefits.
· Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
· Create and optimize HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
· Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and other personnel matters.
· Foster and maintain a positive company culture to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
· Provide regular HR analytics and reports to management to support business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CHRM or SHRM) are an advantage.
· At least 5-8 yrs of experience in HR management, with preference for candidates who have held leadership roles.
· Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., EA 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
· Proficient in HR management systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
· Prior experience in building and driving company culture is highly desirable

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
