Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for entering data and information into computer database for effective record keeping.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Perform receiving via ERP system for each stocks received
- Ensure data accuracy for each transaction made
- Raise Purchase Requisition on stocks to Procurement Department on warehouse stocks
- Assist in physical receiving & follow receiving inspection as per HACCP standard
- Assist in printing out Transfer Order/ Picking Ticket for storekeeper
- Prepare item Fulfilment for outlets’ Transfer Order raised
- Warehouse stock checking
- Monitor on stock inventory at warehouse in system
- Any other responsibilities that assigned by superior
Skills & Specifications
- Fast typing skills
- Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Great attention to detail
- Able to multi-tasking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
