- 2+ years of service or intangible product sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Diploma or higher in any field.
- Familiarity with Gen AI solutions (Co-Pilot, Gemini, ChatGPT) and the curiosity to learn more.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with confidence in client-facing calls and presentations.
- Self-motivated, comfortable navigating change, and consistently delivering high-impact results.
Responsibility
- Manage the entire sales cycle—discovery, qualification, solution pitching, and closing—to deliver continuous service.
- Convert leads into enthusiastic clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups, ensuring that every step exceeds their expectations.
- Identify and solve problems with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with product teams to report system issues and propose innovative fixes.
- Achieve or surpass daily metrics (connected calls, talk-time, pipeline growth) while continually improving processes.
