Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts.
  • Prepare and verify financial documents and reports.
  • Handle data entry for accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Support the preparation of tax submissions and compliance documents.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment queries.
  • Perform other clerical tasks related to finance and accounts.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
