Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts.
- Prepare and verify financial documents and reports.
- Handle data entry for accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Support the preparation of tax submissions and compliance documents.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment queries.
- Perform other clerical tasks related to finance and accounts.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting standards is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
