JOB DESCRIPTION
RECRUITMENT
- To develop in improving recruitment flow and strategies for a smoother transition.
- Post a job on career portal
- Utilize multiple career portals to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and implement employee referral programs to encourage existing employees to refer qualified candidates.
- Screen candidate profiles from various sources to ensure they meet job requirements and organizational fit.
- Screen and evaluate applications and resumes, conduct initial phone screening, and shortlist candidates for final interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the interview process and provide feedback and recommendations to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
- Propose salary with HOD HR.
- Get approval for the final offer from management
- Negotiate salary and explain other benefits
- Prepare an offer package for selected candidate.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork and other matters related to HR.
- Monitor and assist in notifying department heads regarding probation reviews to avoid oversight.
- To ensure yearly appraisal for all department is completed on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
INSURANCE
- Administration of employee health benefits, including enrolment, changes, and terminations.
- To communicate with employees on their healthcare benefits, coverage, and policies.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of insurance enrolment, change of policy, terminations and valid claims.
- Review and process employee medical claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of claim forms and required documentation.
- Liaise with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims.
- Educate policyholders on the claims process and explain policy terms and conditions.
- Provide guidance on the claims process and required documentation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all medical claims and related correspondence.
- Ensure that all documentation is filed correctly and confidentially.
ADMIN
- To overlook on inventories on ad hoc basis.
- To be responsible in handling any ad hoc tasks which is relevant from time to time.
EEP / CSR
- To organize a minimum of 6 and a max of 8 activities in a year
- To lead the CSR projects
WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge basic of HR operations, Malaysian Labour Laws and other relevant legislations.
- Good in communication, possess pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Candidate who is able to start immediately will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-3 years in HR and Admin field experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
