Account Admin Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
· To carry out all necessary functions and work pertaining to accounting.
· To assist in preparing company’s full set of accounts in accordance to financial standard and requirement.
· Proper record and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.
· Perform account closing procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
· Conduct reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Liase with auditors and tax agent.
· Assist with administrative related activities and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications:
· Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
· At least 2 years’ experience in the related field.
· Computer literate in MS office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
· Independent, proactive, resourceful, detailed, and able to meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent written and oral communications. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Experience in accounting, particularly in managing financial operations or reporting for an investment company, will be considered an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
