  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are representing one of our multinational clients, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry, looking for KYC Analyst to be based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

  • Provide clients with best-in-class service on phone, chats, and email.
  • Self-manage outbound call campaigns to offer added-value services, promote sales of the company’s products and services, drive deposits, and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Assist clients in opening individual trading accounts, guide them on accessing online trading platforms and deposit channels, and address inquiries regarding deposit and withdrawal processing.
  • Conduct KYC to understand client financial backgrounds and concerns, maintain client retention levels, and actively seek upselling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on global financial news, articulate financial and market-related concepts, and offer trading opportunities while promoting the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Services Team, manage resources effectively, and consistently achieve individual and departmental performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience in the financial/trading industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with mathematical concepts.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Flexible to work day/regular shifts and follow global market trends.
  • Enthusiastic about customer service, analysis, and long-term career growth.
  • Must meet FCA Fitness and Propriety Requirements.
  • Preferably has own transport (MRT within 500 meters).
