Job Description

As the Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products and enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive effective digital campaigns, engage with key stakeholders, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns of business.
  • Design and execute effective digital marketing strategy across digital platforms to enhance brand awareness of company products and services.
  • Monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to improve marketing results.
  • Manage and optimize digital channels, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and display advertising.
  • Create and oversee engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and execute innovative digital initiatives, such as webinars, virtual conferences, and mobile apps.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply them to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
