Operation Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Executive to join our team in Melilea. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude as they approach the sales counter.
• Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
• Accurately process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new inventory and promotions.
• Ensure the sales counter area is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with necessary materials (e.g., price tags, promotional flyers).
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management when restocking is necessary.
• Assist in merchandising and arranging products in an appealing way on the counter or displays.
• Uphold company policies regarding security and privacy to protect customer data and assets.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Process special orders or custom requests as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
