Job Title: PMO CRM

Job Description:
- Project Management: Oversee and manage CRM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- • Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members and stakeholders on CRM systems and project management methodologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Scrum Ceremonies: 2 years (Preferred)
- Reporting and Documentation:: 2 years (Preferred)
- Quality Assurance:: 2 years (Preferred)
- CRM systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- CRM projects: 2 years (Required)
