CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM TELESALES
· Keep up to date with product information and sales promotion
· Providing customer with product information, features and availability to multiple channels
· Accurately describe product features and benefits
· Make a phone call advising and align existing customers ordering via dropship system
· Handle enquiries and call new leads
· Daily update documents necessary such as total enquiries, total sales, total sharing, and total drop ships.
· Broadcast all promotions ,feedbacks and posters
· Maintain up to date customer database by entering customer profile details / file /CRM
· Meet and exceed quality goals, regulation and productivity targets
· Communicating with designer and marketing on preparation developing sales presentation
· Build good relationship with our customers through consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, negotiating and positive outcome or solution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
