Responsibilities:

Customer Support (Phone, Email, Fax):

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, including sales and mainline queries.
  • Address product, sales, promotions, warranty registration, and consumables enquiries.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and ‘how-to’ guides.
  • Manage eShop and delivery enquiries, gift redemptions, and training matters.
  • Dispatch engineers for hardware issues; filter and transfer calls for software support.
  • Liaise with Business Units on service requests and escalations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Process consumable orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Reply to Service Mailbox enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Send sales leads to relevant teams and escalate unresolved cases.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information while adhering to policies, processes, and escalation paths.
  • Maintain professionalism and courteous communication throughout interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
