  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

You will play an important role in:

  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin will be advantage (spoken).
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – TRAINING Provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
