Responsibilities:
We are looking for Finance Inventory Analyst.
Areas of Responsibility
- Support the Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) processes.
- Partner with Supply Chain: Collaborate on inventory management and initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in strategic and financial planning (PLAN), and decision-making.
- Month/Quarter/Year End Close: Support deliverables and reporting, including:
- Inventory analysis
- Inventory forecasting

- Accrual and E&O booking
- Financial Compliance Governance: Ensure E&O process compliance with SOX and AFM, and support audits.
- Assist Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide prompt and accurate business reporting and analysis as needed.
- Process and System Assessment: Identify areas for enhancement to improve accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance. Typically 2 to 4 years relevant experience for this position.
- Possess strong Collaboration, Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Working knowledge in Oracle ERP, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, OneStream, Incorta and MicroStrategy will be added advantage.
- Display critical thinking capabilities and able to multitask.
