Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Organize and document meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Assist in tracking and prioritizing key projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Ensure tasks assigned by the CEO to team members are executed within deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage events, including executive team meetings and company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations aligned with the CEO’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or related industry.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations.
- A professional and positive attitude with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Additional Details
- Work Hours: 9AM- 6PM Full-time, with occasional after-hours availability.
- Location: Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru.
