Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Organize and document meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in tracking and prioritizing key projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Ensure tasks assigned by the CEO to team members are executed within deadlines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage events, including executive team meetings and company-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations aligned with the CEO’s goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the retail or related industry.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations.
  • A professional and positive attitude with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Additional Details

  • Work Hours: 9AM- 6PM Full-time, with occasional after-hours availability.
  • Location: Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
