JOB SCOPE:

Developing content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets ·
Creating high-quality, original content including videos, graphics etc
Work closely with marketing, social media, and creative teams to develop engaging and informative content that aligns with the company's brand
create original and engaging content for brand social media accounts.
Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs
Update the website, social media and content pages periodically
Stay inform about industry trends and audience preferences
Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner
Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Measuring and monitoring company website and social media traffic statistics
Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

A Diploma in communications, journalism, literature, marketing or other related fields
Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content
Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of various analytics platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
Excellent time management and planning skills to ensure meeting deadlines
Availability on flexible scheduling
Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
