What You Can Expect To Work On

• Create Engaging GIFs: Design and animate high-quality GIFs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Conceptualize and Innovate: Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and concepts for GIF-based content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
• Animate and Edit: Use animation software (such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar) to bring static designs and concepts to life through seamless GIF animations.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all GIFs reflect the company’s visual style, tone, and brand guidelines.
• Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in motion design, digital marketing, and GIF culture to ensure your creations are fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to deliver GIFs that support ongoing campaigns and objectives.
• Optimize for Performance: Ensure GIFs are optimized for web and mobile performance, balancing quality with loading speed and compatibility across various platforms.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: 2+ years in motion design, animation, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing GIF creation and animation skills.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including motion, timing, and pacing.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing, or interactive platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to deliver polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and push boundaries to deliver unique, eye-catching GIFs that engage and captivate audiences.
• Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to take creative direction and provide your own insights into projects.
• Bonus: Experience with GIF optimization tools or working in HTML5 animation is a plus
