E-Commerce Operation Manager
1. E-Commerce Platform Management: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of company’s e-commerce platforms. • Ensure accurate and timely updates of product listings, prices, and promotions. • Monitor platform performance and resolve operational issues promptly. 2. Inventory and Stock Management: • Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability for online sales. • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for stock replenishment. • Implement effective stock control strategies to minimize overstocking or shortages. 3. Order Fulfillment and Customer Service: • Supervise the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and complaints. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive reviews. 4. Sales and Performance Analysis: • Analyze e-commerce sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Provide regular performance reports to management, including key metrics like sales, conversion rates, and inventory turnover. 5. Marketing and Promotions Support: • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online campaigns, discounts, and promotions. • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI. 6. Process Improvement: • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance productivity. • Optimize the e-commerce supply chain to improve delivery times and reduce costs. 7. Platform Compliance and Policy Adherence: • Ensure all platform policies, terms, and conditions are strictly followed. • Stay updated on platform changes and adapt operations accordingly. 8. Team Leadership: • Lead and train a team of e-commerce staff to maintain high performance. • Foster a collaborative environment and encourage continuous learning.
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, stock management, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing online platforms.
- Language:
- Mandarin speaker is preferred.
