  • To handle accounting records & account payable, etc
  • To assist in daily operation of the company, including document processing and data entry
  • Assist for confirmation of cash receipts, petty cash entry, journal entry and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper filling, labeling of the company document
  • Preparing report assign time to time, especially month-end and year-end closing report with various data
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies / Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Accounting will be an added advantage
  • Good command in both oral and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and skilled in MS Office application
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to handle different levels of people tactfully.
  • Strong analytical, result-oriented personality and problem solving skills
