The person will be responsible to support execution processes of Connect-to-Resolve (C2R) processes for Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and manage employee life cycle and Connect-to-Resolve (C2R) activities in Workday and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of SBS HR Services Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) and deliver the services as per their respective Service Partnership Agreements (SPA).

  • Create employee contracts, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience.

  • Manage the employee job change process in Workday and related systems, coordinate with external parties for immigration, relocation, training as required.

  • Administer termination activities and coordinate collection of assets.

  • Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures.

  • Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports.

  • Ensure compliance of processes, transactions and reports with Sanofi policies and guidelines.

  • Monitor operational KPIs to proactively manage execution issues, anticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient delivery.

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 C2R support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in ServiceNow and contribute to the Knowledge Database.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities and participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum 2-years of working experience within the overall HR operations, preferably in the shared service environment.

  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (speak, read, and write), as the role will need to support Greater China.

  • Familiar with Human Resources Management framework especially for onboarding and offboarding, query management or ticketing system such as ServiceNow and Workday.

  • Good analytical and critical thinking, with excellent communication skill.

  • Good track record with no compliance issue.
