Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
- Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
- Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
