Job Responsibilities:

  • Stock control, Purchasing, Providing sales team feedback, updating stock, checking arrivals
  • Managing organizing shelves, Customer Pre-order, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Quality and quantity check when arrivals of stock from suppliers.
  • Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stock checking.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to inventory control.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Need to be able to work within an alcohol-related industry

Working location: Emhub, Kota Damansara

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
