Job Responsibilities:
- Stock control, Purchasing, Providing sales team feedback, updating stock, checking arrivals
- Managing organizing shelves, Customer Pre-order, and handling ad-hoc tasks.
- Quality and quantity check when arrivals of stock from suppliers.
- Provide support during inventory counts and participate in monthly stock checking.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, usage, and trends for management review.
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to inventory control.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Need to be able to work within an alcohol-related industry
Working location: Emhub, Kota Damansara
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
