Get to know the role:

Your role as Intern, Human Resource is responsible in assisting the Section’s Head managing administration activities of Human Resource Department of Jaya Grocer to:

• To support day-to-day activities of the Human Resource function.

We have 4 intern opening for below functions:

1. Recruitment

2. Compensation & Benefits

3. Training and Development

4. Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in all operational and administrative HR activities, delivering efficient service and support.
• Ensure quality and integrity of HR filing system by keeping all HR records, information and files clearly labelled, organized and confidential.
• Maintain staff personal file and ensure that all have up to date information.
• Update, track and maintain internal HR documentation and perform any ad hoc duties when assigned to.
• Update and assist the social medias, creating creative material such as posters, job post, design, videos etc.
• Involve and manage in engagement and company events, career fairs etc.

You should have:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Marketing/Graphic Design.
• Attention to details, able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful, meticulous and self-driven.
• Organized and with high sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and be proactive. A positive attitude is a must.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player.
• Good in Canva, video editing and creative writing would be advantages.
• Able to work at Taman Medan PJ (not reachable to public transport).
• Able to travel and posses own transport would be an advantage.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
