Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for InspireNow and INKA by leveraging your strong network of key accounts. You will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and create tailored solutions that address our clients' needs. Your expertise and industry connections will help add immediate value to our companies, strengthening our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your network to identify and secure new business opportunities with high-value clients across industries.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to position InspireNow and INKA as trusted partners.
- Tailored Proposals: Collaborate with our design and development teams to create customized solutions for prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Revenue Growth: Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of both companies.
- Presentations and Pitches: Develop and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts post-acquisition to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in web/mobile development, branding, or creative industries.
- 4 - 6 years experience in Business Development.
- A strong network of industry contacts and key accounts, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design, digital development, branding, and creative services.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to create and deliver compelling solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
