JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business Development:
Develop new business for specific product solutions: F&B, Workspace, Education
2. Sales Team Leadership:
Lead the sales team to increase volume business and identify potential business partners.
3. Sales Objectives:
Forecast and develop annual sales plans, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in Malaysia.
4. Sales Presentations:
Deliver effective sales presentations and act as a solution provider for clients.
5. Customer Service:
Foster excellent customer service to ensure repeat sales and secure customer references.
6. Marketing Strategies:
Implement marketing strategies by analysing trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
7. Team Contribution:
Contribute to the team's success by achieving related results as needed.
8. Target Achievement:
Plan to ensure the achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
9. Sales Force Management:
Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to enhance their skills, ensuring high professional standards and meeting monthly sales and KPI targets.
10. Performance Management:
Ensure targets are met through effective people management, performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition.
11. Team Assessment:
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage sales and marketing activities to generate more sales.
12. Product Portfolio Expansion:
Meet with customers (existing or new) to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
13. Sales Initiatives:
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
14. Market Knowledge:
Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition in Malaysia.
15. Reporting:
Prepare necessary reports to track and assess sales performance as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Fluency in Mandarin is required.
· A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
· Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
