Job Description

To analyze purchase requisitions.
To ensure that all stores submit their orders according to the stipulated cut-off time.
To place purchase orders (PO) accurately delivery date and vendor.
To follow up stock delivery closely. Able to expedite urgent stock with supplier efficiently.
Monitor and follow up on pending orders and delivery from a local vendor.
To plan allocation order and stock delivery schedules effectively.
Key in and update document accurately (invoice, transfer, production, disposal) into the system.
To ensure that all inter-stock transfers are documented and captured in the system.
To ensure all supplier DO’s and invoices are compiled.
To correct stock discrepancies on inventory level and perform the adjustment.
To handle supplier returns according to the process accurately.
To maintain the accuracy of the product/supplier database.
Any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time
Maintain and update inventory software in terms of quantity, Selling price, promo price.
Prepare and develop ad hoc report according to management requirement

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in an equivalent field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Must possess strong English language if do not know Mandarin.
Have the knowledge to use SQL.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
