The Project Associate is responsible for carrying out specific tasks assigned by the Senior Manager to enable the team to meet its targets and meet its key performance indicators. The Project Assistant also ensures that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively; the implementation process is documented, and projects are carried out within the specified budget & timeline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Deepening of community engagement in program PPRs;
  • Developing new mechanisms for building trust between community and management;
  • identify new mechanisms for co-management in PPRs
  • Contribute to development of community analytics, methodologies and insights.
  • Support to K2K Grants team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or Diploma or related disciplines
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Exposure to community-based or not-for-profit activity
