Finance Responsibilities Financial Management: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections. Monitor budgets and expenditures, providing recommendations to optimize cost efficiency. Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations. Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely collections and payments. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records. Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and tax requirements. Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Payroll Administration: Administrative Responsibilities Team Supervision: Manage and guide finance and administrative staff, providing mentorship and training as needed. Monitor team performance to ensure timely delivery of tasks Office Management: Oversee procurement of office supplies and management of vendor contracts. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities. Policy Implementation: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for operational efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
