Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Assist in processing export sales orders and tracking them to ensure timely delivery.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage export paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Customer Support: Help respond to customer inquiries about orders, delivery timelines, and products.
- Shipping Coordination: Work with the shipping team to ensure products are shipped on time.
- Internal Communication: Assist in coordinating between sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Payment Monitoring: Track and follow up on customer payments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales and order records.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales support, export, or customer service.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation.
- Language: Fluent in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
