The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for actively generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue by managing sales calls, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively source new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, networking, attending industry events, and managing online sales channels to identify potential corporate clients, group bookings, and individual guests.
  • Sales Prospecting: Qualify leads, schedule appointments, and conduct site tours of the hotel facilities to showcase amenities and present customized proposals to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, follow-up, and addressing their needs to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies, including targeted marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like front desk, catering, and marketing to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
