Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product management activities and internal resources for product roadmap deliverables and POC.
  • Organize deliverables into actionable items, set timeframes, assign tasks to product team members, and assist with schedule management throughout the Product Lifecycle.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that evolving product offerings meet market needs.
  • Monitor product progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Utilize tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures as required by business needs.
  • Assist in legal paperwork processes (e.g., intellectual property filing, supply chain contracts, terms of agreement, and certification).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1 - 5 years of experience in product management roles within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of success in product management.
  • Deep understanding of IT solutions, technologies, and trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
  • Candidates with prior exposure to Scrum Master roles or agile methodology experience will be given prioritized consideration.
