Technical Document Writer
Job Descriptions:
1) Create technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and any relevant documents that meets the needs of the client.
2) Research, gather information, and work closely with subject matter experts to understand technical concepts and transform them into easily understandable content.
3) Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
4) Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration.
5) Organize meetings, keeps records and publish relevant reports and documentation as per required the Management team.
6) Work with engineer to develop, organise and write user guides, manuals, help files and product release notes.
7) Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum requirement a Degree or related professional IT certifications.
2) Candidate with at least min of 2 years working experience.
3) Strong command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
4) In-depth knowledge of technical concepts.
5) Excellent computer and word processing skills.
6) Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and page composition skills.
7) Ability to adhere to deadlines and strong attention to detail.
