Duties and Responsibilities :

1. To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.

3. Support in disseminating and explaining HR policies and procedures.

4. To assist in carry-out foreign worker matters such as renewal & endorsement of their passports, working permits, FOMEMA, Insurance, Check-out memo and other matters related to foreign workers.

5. To assist in monitoring and recording the Staff and Workers attendance and annual leave, sick leave, etc.

6. To monitor and control the usage of office stationery, etc.

7. To responsible in monitoring the company property such as company car, hand phone, camera, walkie-talkie, etc.

8. To responsible for office maintenance such as issues related to telephone, computers, printers, toilets, access door, office furniture, etc.

9. To check, control and monitor the cleaning work of Cleaner. Responsible for the cleanliness of the office.

10. To responsible in monitoring the duties of Security Guards of the Company.

11. To assist in compile, control and collect the payment of hostels utilities bill from workers.

12. To prepare and issue Purchase Requisition (PR).

13. To perform any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time as required and assigned by Superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
