  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Application Developer

Tenure : 2 years contract – Renewable basis

Salary : RM 6500- 7500

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG or COBOL 400 on AS400 systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance optimization with DB2 databases.
  • Support and enhance wealth management systems, addressing diverse client-specific investment needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and timely delivery of updates.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues to maintain high levels of performance and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in application development on AS400 systems.
  • Proficiency in RPG or COBOL 400 programming.
  • Hands-on experience with DB2 and AS400 operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of advisory services within wealth management.
  • Familiarity with investment solutions tailored for diverse client segments.
  • Experience or knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
