Position: Patient Consultant
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Location: Seksyen Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication: Respond promptly and confidently to patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
• First Impressions: Handle phone calls warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming experience for all patients.
• Guidance: Provide clear and friendly advice to patients on their next steps in their treatment journey.
• Booking Assistance: Help patients understand and book their treatments (training will be provided).
• Concern Handling: Address patient concerns, including financial inquiries, with empathy and understanding.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every patient.

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Previous experience in customer service or patient care is an advantage but not required.
