Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Sourcing and Procurement:

• Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their offerings.
• Support the team in obtaining quotations and comparing prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Able read and write Mandarin to understand China Supplier Order

  Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively to address inquiries or resolve issues related to orders.

    Order Management:

    • Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking delivery schedules.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of purchases.

      Market Research:

      • Conduct research on market trends, pricing, and new product availability to support procurement decisions.

        Team Collaboration:

        • Work closely with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs.
        • Provide updates on order statuses and assist in resolving any discrepancies.

          Learning and Development:

          • Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to develop skills in procurement and supply chain management.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Require to read and write Mandarin to deal with China Supplier.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
