How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Title: Translator/Interpreter - Mandarin/Cantonese speaker

Contract duration: 2 months + 12 months renewable contract

Language proficiency: Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese & English

Project: Healthcare

Type of role: Translation support between doctors and patients based in the US

Experience range: Any experience (we can consider a mix of fresher’s/experienced translators/CS candidates)

Open for SPM/Diploma holders

Shifts: Rotational Shift, shift allowances provided

Full time office mode

5 days per week (Monday to Friday), regular Saturday & Sunday Off

Salary range: Basic salary: RM 4000 – 5000

Working hours & Shift Allowance

  • 10PM – 7AM : RM 25 per night Shift allowance (Prorated)
  • 6AM - 3PM : RM 20 per day Shift allowance (Prorated)
  • 3PM- 12AM : RM 20 per day Shift allowance (Prorated)

Transportation allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated) based on the number of working days travelled

Total all-inclusive salary: 5000 – 6000+

Roles:

  • Provides meaning-for-meaning interpreting.
  • Follows interpreter protocols as per training, policies, and procedures.
  • Follows all policies and procedures related to information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
  • Attends all required training.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese & English
  • Skilled at communicating, both orally and in writing in Mandarin/Cantonese & English
  • Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures.
  • Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameters of company policies and procedures.
  • Uses MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Edge (or other internet browser)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
