  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to assist with live streaming, content creation, and engagement on our digital platforms. This role will focus on creating exciting and engaging live content for various channels (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and contribute to the overall content strategy. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging content, interact with audiences in real-time, and help build a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Streaming and Content Creation:

  • Assist in live streaming events, product launches, interviews, or Q&A sessions on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Prepare and organize content for live broadcasts, ensuring it’s engaging, informative, and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Help manage the live streaming setup, ensuring proper technical equipment (camera, lighting, audio) is ready before the broadcast.
  • Actively interact with live viewers, responding to comments and encouraging engagement during broadcasts.
  • Monitor and ensure the live stream runs smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues when needed.

Content Production and Editing:

  • Assist in creating high-quality, engaging video content for live streams, YouTube videos, and social media platforms.
  • Edit video content for social media promotion and post-production, ensuring it is optimized for each platform.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for live content, such as challenges, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, or live events.

Audience Engagement:

  • Build and nurture online communities by engaging with the audience during live streams and social media interactions.
  • Assist in growing and maintaining followers on social media platforms by creating relevant and interactive content.
  • Help track viewer insights and provide feedback on audience engagement and preferences.

Social Media Support:

  • Support the creation and posting of content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Assist in planning content calendars and contributing creative ideas for live streams, posts, stories, and other online content.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of live streams and social media posts (views, engagement rates, etc.).

Content Strategy Development:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and growing the digital community.
  • Assist in creating compelling social media content that aligns with overall marketing objectives.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
