Retail Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Distributor Management: Monitor distributor performance and foster strong partnerships to drive growth.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and subsidiaries while ensuring timely revenue collection.
• Strategic Planning: Create business plans and strategies to capture market opportunities and ensure profitability.
• Product and Market Development: Monitor product performance, recommend pricing and distribution strategies, and explore diversification opportunities.
• Ensure Quality Standards: Maintain high product standards in quality, quantity, access, and punctuality.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to management.
• Support Management: Perform additional tasks as required by the leadership team.
• To manage for stock replenishment of retail stores.
• Management of trading terms or price negotiation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the frozen food or FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in business planning, sales forecasting, and distributor management.
• Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
