  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a business of restaurants, F&B services, catering and others and we invite experience applicants for the position of Area Manager as per described below:

JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure exceptional delivery of operational standards throughout restaurants in the area assigned. To ensure compliance in all operational managing activities. To work with management in driving sales and profitability through performance and development of Restaurant Managers, whilst managing within agreed budgets.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations to ensure consistent standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Leadership: Lead and motivate store managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring store compliance with operational policies and brand guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock availability and reducing wastage through efficient planning and monitoring.
  • Strategic Planning: Create actionable plans for achieving regional sales targets, including promotional activities and operational improvements.
  • Performance Management: Run performance reviews and training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 5 years of Operations experience in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service Industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational Skills
  • Dynamic, self-disciplined and high sense of integrity.
  • Computer literate.
