Job Scope

  • Respond to all requests and inquiries of our Products and merchants by Walk in, phone or through any Online or Website
  • Participate in solving the difficulties that might face our clients.
  • Candidate will be well aware of the company's services/products and price detail.
  • Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
  • Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
  • Applicants have to be Smart, energetic, and active

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Overtime pay
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
