Job Scope
- Respond to all requests and inquiries of our Products and merchants by Walk in, phone or through any Online or Website
- Participate in solving the difficulties that might face our clients.
- Candidate will be well aware of the company's services/products and price detail.
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
- Good computer skill is required with good typing skill
- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic, and active
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
