Job Description
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Developing and sending out training solution proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs or requirements
- Delivering pitches and presentations to prospects and existing clients through F2F orvirtual as per proposal
- Following up with prospects until they convert into a client (sale)
- Continuously communicate with clients and prospects to understand their trainingneeds and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients throughexcellent customer service
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, digital marketing.) to create salesopportunities and leads
- Conduct regular networking initiatives to developing rapport with key decision makers
Key Requirement
- Candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in training and consultancy company
- Preferably someone with a good database of clientele
- Candidate must be willing to travel
- Work location either Cyberjaya or Seri Kembangan (Equine Park MRT)
- Sales commission and performance bonus provided

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
