- Be able to memorize the menu well and recommend special items to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Wear clean attire according to the set dress code.
- Repeat customers' orders after noting them down.
- Handle any customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food items.
- Thank customers before they leave the premises.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, dining area, kitchen, kitchen equipment, and storeroom facilities throughout the shift.
- Maintain the company’s reputation and image.
- Establish effective communication and teamwork with other staff members.
- Follow instructions from supervisors effectively.
- The candidate must have at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), diploma, or an equivalent degree.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
