Position Title : Head of Direct Sales (Sarawak)

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze business performance indicators to ensure robust market and revenue growth across Public Sector, Corporate, SME, and Indirect segments.
Spearhead the enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan designed to meet or exceed revenue goals within the designated region.
Inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals to drive results.
Formulate effective sales strategies accompanied by execution plans that align with revenue targets.
Create and execute an Account Management Plan to gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and maximize new business opportunities.
Design and implement customer retention strategies to maintain the existing client base and expand revenue from current portfolios.
Track, review, and mentor the team to ensure achievement of KPIs, EBITDA, and overall profitability.
Analyze competitive intelligence and strategic plans for key accounts to proactively counter competitors and secure client loyalty.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
In-depth understanding of the [Region] market, including key industries, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Strong ability to lead and manage a sales team, fostering motivation and inspiration to achieve collective goals.
Proficient in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
A dynamic, results-driven professional with a solid track record in enterprise sales, team management, and strategic business development.
Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build lasting relationships with external stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
