- drive the yield improvement, process and usage optimization.

- Overseeing operation of Compounding and chemical preparation.
- develop and improve compounding formulation and processes
- Monitor product quality against established parameters and take appropriate action when required.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and process issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide training for new employees as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering team members on projects related to manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify root causes of problems and optimize process conditions.
- Apply lean principles to eliminate non-value added activities and streamline workflows.
- Utilize computerized systems such as SAP and Excel for data collection and analysis.
- Document findings and results clearly and concisely.
- Present reports and presentations to management as necessary.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lean six sigma manufacturing principles and techniques.
- Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferably familiar with ISO 13485
