Responsibilities:
- Check the status of material requirements from customers and arrange shipment pick-up from the hub to the customer.
- Prepare and generate daily and weekly inventory reports for the customer.
- Ensure daily receiving system updates are completed within the KPI set by the customer.
- Ensure daily delivery performance meets the KPI set by the customer.
- Counter check receiving and outgoing documents against the physical receipt by operations.
- Notify customers or suppliers about shipment discrepancies (e.g., damage, short shipments, P/O number discrepancies, late deliveries, or excess) via email and follow up by phone.
- Address customer or supplier shipment inquiries and coordinate with relevant parties when necessary.
- Coordinate with the customer on urgent/exceptions and work with the operations team to deliver goods on time.
- Ensure daily/weekly data collection to update KPIs and send reports to customers and internal SCHENKER management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Attend any required weekly or monthly meetings with customers and related parties.
- Respond to customer or related parties' emails promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ year of supervisory experience in Customer Service, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Basic degree required, with a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain being an advantage.
- Certification in Basic Supervision.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin for customer service interactions with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work in the warehouse occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
